Through "Résumé Centre", the final year undergraduates of University of Moratuwa will obtain the opportunity to get their CVs checked for possible improvements by a group of recruiting experts in the industry. The collected CVs will be assessed thoroughly by said experts, and feedback on how to improve their quality will be provided to their holders through virtual meeting rooms.

Most of the undergraduates manifest a lack of knowledge regarding the career paths they could pursue following their graduation. Hence, a series of webinars will be conducted based on the different career fields catered to different departments of the university by the industry and corporate companies who will be participating the careerfair, to provide current and future career opportunities in their respective companies which undergraduates can choose after their graduation.

Each of these sessions will be carried out in the form of a demonstrationthrough a virtual platform by bringing in the representativesofthe particular companies. they will be sharing their career paths and opportunities which will be providing for the fresh graduates.

Adjusting into the working world out of university is exciting, yet somewhat challenging. University of Moratuwa owns many entrepreneurial thinkers who can change the job world extensively in the future. Though equipped with technical knowledge, due to the absence of awareness on such topics, many undergraduates abandon their innovative thoughts completely. Therefore, procuring an understanding regarding the corporate world beforehand, sets the stage for the students to realize their career dreams with confidence in the future.

This virtual session will address topics like how one can adapt to working in a corporate environment, the experiences one could obtain and the challenges one might face as a corporate citizen, and how one can handle corporate expectations and stress. Moreover,the session content from previous years has been revised this year to also lay emphasis upon giving undergraduates an insight into the entrepreneurial world, initiating startups and life at startups.

Personal branding is telling an individual's story in a means that reflects his conduct, behavior, attitudes,and unspoken words. A unique personal brand is what would make a professional stand out from the rest and risealong his career ladder.'The Image'will be focused on elaborating on how to create the perfect image of oneself through the right applications of personal branding. The session will be conducted by a celebratory personality who has excelled in personal branding.

'Flagship Fair' is the limelight of 'Are you Ready?', in which the prospective employers' role comes intoplay. The employers are given the opportunity to identify skillful and qualified undergraduates of University of Moratuwa, through mock and real interviews.

This year, the interviews conducted for the students of the final year batch of the university will be carried out virtually. All interviews will be carried out through the exclusive 'Are You Ready?'' online portal.

"Are You Ready?" stands as a monumental initiative led by the Rotaract Club of the University of Moratuwa in partnership with the Career Guidance Unit. Our primary focus is 4th year undergraduates from our university, aiming to guide them towards a secure entry into the professional world. The scope of this endeavor knows no bounds, with over 100 companies aligning to provide opportunities for budding professionals. This project promises to be a valuable asset for those aspiring to forge strong connections with companies and their managers, even if the finish line of their degree is still on the horizon.
